Turn Off That Reality Show and Walk Your Way to  Health

How hard is it to walk for 30 minutes? It isn’t any harder that hitting the off button on the remote and heading out the door. There isn’t a reality show on television that’s as important as your own reality.

I checked out CalorieCount.com to see how many calories I could burn in 1/2 hour. Walking for 30 minutes burns about 120 calories. It might not seem like a lot, but if you walk for 30 minutes every single day, that’s (more…)
