I just read the book “Your First Year With Diabetes – What to do Month by Month” which was written and illustrated by Theresa Garnero, APRN, BC-ADM, MSN, CDE. It is phenomenal.

Your First Year With Diabetes is essentially a month by month guide letting you know exactly what you should be doing and how.
