How hard is it to walk for 30 minutes? It isn’t any harder that hitting the off button on the remote and heading out the door. There isn’t a reality show on television that’s as important as your own reality.

Does Your A1c Affect Your Brain?

Results of a study published in Diabetes Care, a journal from the ADA, shows that a higher A1c can affect your brain function. The MIND (Memory in Diabetes) study is a substudy of the ongoing ACCORD trial.
